Cloud appreciation

I like clouds.

I’m sure you’ve heard about the Cloud Appreciation Society. They just love clouds and I love this excerpt from their manifesto:

Clouds are so commonplace that their beauty is often overlooked.
They are for dreamers and their contemplation benefits the soul.
Indeed, all who consider the shapes they see in them will save
on psychoanalysis bills.

There is a great skill in finding beauty in the seemingly insignificant. An even greater skill is being able to photograph it. There are many amazing images on that site, but I’d like to showcase these beautiful black and white images from Cole Thompson Photography. I love their simplicity and elegance.
